How Pre-Orders Work
We release our pieces in small, intentional batches to ensure quality, reduce waste, and honor the community that supports us from the very beginning.
Here’s what to expect when you place a pre-order:
What does “Pre-Order” mean?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it goes into production. Once the pre-order window closes, we begin producing all orders together as a batch.
When will my order ship?
Pre-order items require additional time for production.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, plus standard shipping time once your order is complete.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.
Will I be charged right away?
Yes. Your payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.
Production begins after the pre-order window closes and orders are confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because pre-orders are produced in limited batches, all pre-order sales are final once production begins.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to help before production starts.

What if my order includes in-stock and pre-order items?
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
